چکیده

The well known types of routes in graphs and directed graphs, such as walks, trails, paths, and induced paths, are characterized using axioms on vertex sequences. Thus non-graphic characterizations of the various types of routes are obtained.

User-based Vehicle Route Guidance in Urban Networks Based on Intelligent Multi Agents Systems and the ANT-Q Algorithm

Guiding vehicles to their destination under dynamic traffic conditions is an important topic in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Nowadays, many complex systems can be controlled by using multi agent systems. Adaptation with the current condition is an important feature of the agents. In this research, formulation of dynamic guidance for vehicles has been investigated based...

A NOTE ON THE COMMUTING GRAPHS OF A CONJUGACY CLASS IN SYMMETRIC GROUPS

The commuting graph of a group is a graph with vertexes set of a subset of a group and two element are adjacent if they commute. The aim of this paper is to obtain the automorphism group of the commuting graph of a conjugacy class in the symmetric groups. The clique number, coloring number, independent number, and diameter of these graphs are also computed.

TRANSPORT ROUTE PLANNING MODELS BASED ON FUZZY APPROACH

Transport route planning is one of the most important and frequent activities in supply chain management. The design of information systems for route planning in real contexts faces two relevant challenges: the complexity of the planning and the lack of complete and precise information. The purpose of this paper is to nd methods for the development of transport route planning in uncertainty dec...

Human Evaluation of Conceptual Route Graphs for Interpreting Spoken Route Descriptions

We present a human evaluation of the usefulness of conceptual route graphs (CRGs) when it comes to route following using spoken route descriptions. We describe a method for data-driven semantic interpretation of route descriptions into CRGs. The comparable performances of human participants in sketching a route using the manually transcribed CRGs and the CRGs produced on speech recognized route...

SimSpace: A Tool to Interpret Route Instructions with Qualitative Spatial Knowledge

This paper describes our work on using qualitative spatial interpretation and reasoning to achieve a natural and efficient interaction between a human and an intelligent robot on navigation tasks. The Conceptual Route Graph, which combines conventional route graphs and qualitative spatial orientation calculi, serves as an internal model of human spatial knowledge on top of the robot’s quantitat...
